All works are original and come with a certificate of authenticity.
Art Incept exercises utmost due diligence to facilitate the delivery of orders placed with your selected delivery option through a third party logistics provider. (The Delivery Partner is a third party and not directly related to Art Incept).
Orders once placed will be processed within 2-3 working days and we aim to deliver within 7-14 working days. However, there might be delays in case of unprecedented issues and delivery locations.
In the event the customer has opted for “click and collect”, you are obligated to collect the order from the gallery once you receive a notification that your order is ready. The pick-up needs to be done within Gallery Working hours and the buyer will be responsible for doing it in person or via a third party delivery service.
Art Incept will not be responsible for any damages incurred in transit during a “click and collect” pickup.
An order once placed and confirmed for “Delivery” cannot be converted to “click and collect” and vice-versa.
You are requested to check the package for any tampering at the time of delivery and in case of any discrepancies, you are required to notify the delivery personnel as well as Art Incept at +91 8178-441-084 or email@example.com immediately before receiving. No claims will be entertained in case of such discrepancies raised at a later date.
The cost of the artwork already includes the domestic shipping cost.
For international shipping: Please contact us so that we can provide you with the shipping cost for the same.
Since there is no international shipping through the website so we can remove the customs part as well.
