    Born and brought up in Sarsawa, Saharanpur, Aashish Moga is a self taught artist. His mother, also an artist, was his sole inspiration to create and innovate. He started exhibiting his work when he was in college and then started his professional journey in art after quitting his engineering job in 2014. He has a fine taste in creating mixed media contemporary art based on human psych and panaroma.

    Moga’s artworks portray different psychological aspects of the mind. The material objects like knives, mattresses, beads became a recurring motif in his artworks. The mattresses capture the inner world of the artist while the other canvas works are more embedded in the socio-political issues that affect different classes of society.
