Through my work, I address the socio-political and ecological changes shaping India's cultural landscape. Using materials like paper, cloth, reclaimed lithography plates, and graphite, I create a visual language that reflects the fast-changing textures of our surroundings. Perforations and repeated dots act as metaphors for our constant alteration of space and time.
This series portrays psychological landscapes that explore the strain on natural resources, the boundaries we create, and the growing detachment from nature. It reflects my fear for the future—how we struggle to find fresh air amidst a world we've complicated in pursuit of comfort, leaving me to question what we’ll leave for the generations to come.
