Anirudh Acharya (b.1989) is a Chennai-based mathematician and self-taught artist with a PhD in Mathematics and formal training in physics. For over a decade, he has been developing a visual language exploring emotional and philosophical layers of human experience. His work is built on photographs he makes and digitally transforms, engaging with memory, inner landscapes, and quiet states of being. Inspired by both science and the surreal, his work prioritises atmosphere and resonance over narrative. His work has been featured in platforms such as Verve, Homegrown, Booooooom, Platform Mag among others.
