Art Incept respects your privacy. This notice explains what we do with the personal data you share with us through this website, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number, and anything you write in an enquiry, order, RSVP or sign-up form. If you buy from us, the billing and delivery details needed for the sale and its tax invoice.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, process your order, manage your event booking and keep the records the law requires. We send you news about artworks, exhibitions and events only if you tick the box to agree, and you can stop at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

Who processes it for us

We use Artfolio, a gallery management platform, to store and manage this data on our behalf. Your data is hosted in Mumbai, India.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the purpose you gave it for, and tax and sale records for as long as Indian law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete or erase it, withdraw your consent, or nominate someone to act for you.
