Artist’s Statement

Subhadip practice is focused on story-telling, inspired by the panels and figurative work of various mural temples based on narratives. The artist creates his paper from fibre gathered from the local environment, intending to construct a complete narrative.

Subhadip belongs to Odisha, he has completed his BFA and MFA from Kala Bhawana in 2017 and 2019 respectively.
